Seafarer sailing boat - Alan Buchanan - Any photos or information?

I am shortly going to sell Bechod - my 18' Seafarer day boat. Before I sell her, I would like to find out more about these boats. I know that there are several of an earlier version moored at Solva, but I can never find anyone to talk to there about these.

In addition to information, I would be interested if anyone has any digital photographs that they could email to me as I haven't got any photos of a Seafarer under sail.

We had one for a few years. Sailed well huge cockpit for daysailing . If these pics are any good I can email a larger version if you want them.

Our boat was an older one without a selfdraining cockpit.If we had kept her I would have converted it to self draining after shipping a bit of sea in rough conditions!Very seaworthy for their size.

Alan Buchanan is still around and I wrote to him about my own boat last year. Received a nice friendly interesting reply - he seemed quite interested to hear about one of his older designs. He still advertises in Classic Boat I think, or pm me and I could dig out the address.
