I am having difficulty finding a supplier for seacock handles for conical plug seacocks. One, the discharge, appears to have a threequarter inch sided square attach end and the other, the inlet, a half inch sided square attachment end. Can anybody help me please?
With thanks
Martin

Those sound like Blakes, which ought to be widely available in chandlers.

If you can`t source the genuine part perhaps you could use the off lever from a gas
meter to get by. The lever has a square hole in the end about 3/4 inch. Perhaps a
good plumbing shop would supply one. Mild steel though -it would get rusty
eventually. Phil

Yes, I think you have old, possibly pre-War, Blakes. The handles used to be a loose fit; nowadays they are a tight fit. Try Blakes themselves; quite possibly a modern handle will fit.
