Ok so I have a large bronze manifold which is the main inlet for 6 applications on my boat. this goes through a strainer and then exists via 6 x 3/4" bronze ball valves. All are functional but all the handles are rusty. Some are in poor condition and one has snapped off.

I ideally don't want to remove the whole thing and put new valves on but it seems impossible to buy the handles alone. Am I kidding myself and should I just replace all the valves or can anyone suggest a place to get the handles? Ideally in stainless.

Don't know of anywhere selling just handles, but having just spent the evening in the shed knocking up stainless bracketry for the engine bay, it doesn't look like a hard job to make some with hacksaw and file.

Good thought, but I'd looked there, nothing apparently listed. The people I linked too seem to have lots, at "non-marine" prices!

I dont know where Ive sen them then.

Sorry I scrolled down the page too fast and missed your link tucked in under the OP's pictures

Try these people, you'll need to measure the valve shaft and talk to them - http://www.tom-parker.co.uk/product...products_groups=2203&products_subgroups=2203B

They don't stock them unfortunately nor do they know which size is for what.

I've been calling around today and nothing. I did find one by a company called selling products by iTap (Italy) but nothing in stock. It baffles me that people don't stock these as much as it baffles me that they were originally sold as something that would last a 1/4 the time of the actual valve.

Only option is to by a cheapo 3/4 valve and hope the handle will fit.

Sorry about that; I haven't used the company. I have some ballvalves at home, made by Pegler in Yorkshire. Their website shows handles available as spares, and also shows the size of the nut on the shaft, which might help you. Go to http://www.pegleryorkshire.co.uk/EN/ProductDetails?Id=14c6cece-cffc-4d38-bf02-89c61153be20 then click on "Spares" in the left-hand column, then select a size and click on "Display spares".
