Been looking at a SDMO ineo 2000 petrol generator, its second hand but in excellent condition.

Ok for a strimmer, but I wouldnt like to be within a few miles of you using it on a boat

Ive got the SDMO smaller one, not that noisy, the bigger one you are talking about uses a Honda engine!

It's going to sound fairly loud (72db @ 7m). The Honda EU10/EU20 units are only 52db @ 7m.... The Honda is very expensive though (£800-£900) compared to the SDMO @ £375...

You can also buy a Kipor 52-57 dB www.kipor.nu, the sdmo is louder but very stable www.sdmo-power.nl
