Churchill also favoured the CQR. In this, I did not follow his belief. :rolleyes:

He also, according to a programme on TV last week, favoured a "United States of Europe" which the UK would not be part of. In those days people often referred to Europe and the UK as being two separate entities. In this, I did follow his belief.

Precisely - he represents the epitome of those kinds of arrogant politician who always know what is best for other countries and other cultures.

Not to be confused of course, with the other Sir Winston Churchill, the 3-masted topsail schooner sail-training ship, built in Yorkshire by Richard Dunston Ltd., which was launched in 1966.
