Scuttlebut Cruise to the Med via the Canals

With all the threads about the canal route South, I wonder why somebody (like MichealE for instance) has not organised a rally type cruise through the canals. Open ended and drop in or out where you will. Dancing girls and parties en-route would be a delight especially with a catamaran as lead boat. I am sure arrangements could be made for the leader of the fleet to be the only CEVNI holder needed. Paris, Lyon, Avignon, etc. Think about it.

If you really want to motor through France the E15 - E50 / L'Aquitaine is pretty good. About 15 hours (13 if swmbo drives) from Ipswich to Med.

I went there a couple of years ago in TCM's chariot and it was a LOT quicker than that
