I buy most of my tools from Tony Murland in Needham Market. (antiquetools.co.uk) He will know exactly what it is you are after and chances are have one too.
He keeps a huge range of wood working tools that are of a far higher quality of anything you can buy today without paying huge sums.

Not easy to find in my opinion, but I did get one eventually from a second-hand tool store in Bristol - I don't remember the name of it but it is up the hill from the Royal Infirmary. Perhaps someone else on the forum can identify it. I seem to remember they had two! (back in October!!)
