For anyone who favours Kwells, you might care instead to consider the Boots own brand "Travel Calm" tablets. They both contain the same active ingredient (Hyoscine Hydrobromide) and in the same doses, so far as I am aware.

A pack of 12 Kwells costs £2.99 in Boots. The same size pack of the Boots Travel Calm tablets costs £2.49.

My wife has tried everything and Scopoderm wins.
No problems other than a slight dryness in the mouth.
She's encountered some rough seas F6/7 and come through smiling and been very alert.
She has got hers through prescription, are they cheaper over the counter?

Same here - and the dryness is a useful confirmation that the patch is working.

A dry mouth isn't too bad as it helps to keep you properly hydrated
