If you want the quietest day, go on Monday or Tuesday. If you have a choice of the two, go on the rainiest one.
You'll be the only one there!

The last time I went on Preview Day I was surprised how quiet it was.
However, the last few years I have gone on the first Monday which is even quieter. It has the added advantage that hotels tend to be cheaper on the preceding Sunday!
