saving thread location

Hi wise ones. If I wanted to save a thread on the old system I used to click the email link and send it to myself. That seems to have gone from the new system. How do I save a thread link now.

Yes I know its early int morning just read the CP to VHF NMEA connection thread, and need to do this soon so thought it might b usefull to keep

From the thread tools drop down box you can enter your email address and send the link to your self (or any one else)

or I put the link to the thread in my favourites

or I search on a word that is in the thread title

Why don't you use windows system. Top left you will see File click on this and scroll down to save as. Click on this. Change name on thread if you need a better description of the file for your records. Click again and thread should be saved in your document file.
