Can any one tell me the cheapest places to moore in the Med' and also the cheapest places to get work carried out and buy radars etc?

blimey, the cheapest place in the med will be probably be in the Eastern med. You need to a bit more specific.

I'll be cruising from Brighton Marina, to the the Isle of wight, to Cherbourg, Jersey, La Rochelle, Portugal, Spain ,France , Italy, Greece, Turkey, then back to the Canaries, The Carabean, Panama, And then to New Zealand.

Depends on size in Spain (yes I know what I just printed!!) and can get very pricey if you're not careful. France is even more expensive. In my experience ALL electronic equipment is upto half price in UK compared to some Med countries and you'll get a much better after sales service.

Greece is cheap for mooring but for work I wouldn't dare. Equipment more expensive than here and after sales service leaves a lot to be desired.
