Same in Watery Lane between Battlesbridge and Hullbridge. Signs everywhere saying narrow road and weight limit of 3T. Creates chaos.

Transport Critics cannot blame this on foreign drivers - he is from Yorkshire.

The transport company is from Yorkshire, doesn't mean to say the driver necessarily is. Getting on for half the UK owned and registered HGVs we see at work are driven by foreign drivers nowadays, a lot of them Eastern Europeans

They're rarely any bother at all being generally polite, friendly and sensible. The ones we get the grief from are, nine times out of ten, late middle aged and English (smoking on the forecourt, taking rest breaks whilst parked on the pumps, swearing at staff, making a disgusting mess in the toilets being just a sample of the sort of thing we have to put up with and nine times out of ten it ain't foreigners that are the culprits)

they are using cheap sat navs, ones designed for cars, truckers sat nav warns you before hand of problems such as low bridges etc, i used to drive an 18 ton truck,it can be real fun in a strange place
