Designed by Leo da Costa in '73 or thereabouts, but who built them?

According to my 1974 Boat World Guide (Sailing Cruisers up to £3,500) it was Sandpiper Marine of Church End, Shirley, Southampton.
The Sandpiper looks incredibly similar to the Sailfish 18, also by Leo da Costa.

Bless you Jeremy-W, I was beginning to think that nobody had heard of this boat. I shall follow up your information and pad out its CV. Do you happen to know anything about its wormscrew mechanism for the lifting keel?
