if you are going to court it will of course be 'your case' that is being assesed.

if you want to pm me your contact details, and an outline of your situation, I will happily pass them on to the previous owner of White Eagle II and ask him to contact you. I am actually away with him from Thursday for 10 days in any event.

What must aleady speak volumes is that Samurai appear to have chosen to sell a boat they owned equipped with a new engine they instaled and supplied, through a third party liquidation house via an online auction! The only possible reason for this that I can see is to distance themselves from any comeback........why?

well it seems they are very versed in providing service of the worste kind. They were taken to court and lost 6 times last year, again six times this year and have 3 cases going to court..... what an advert that it......
