We just had two earth tremors in Sami .

So far so good , although we are expecting some high winds over to night and the next few days so we could do without the tremors as well . Lucky the harbour is well shethered from the SE .

Nothing new there Vic, we get used to them! the worst ones come from myrtos beach area down the valley, it sounds like an express train! A decent tavern at Sami is ;Familia: I live not far from Sami.

Well if the earth tremors can hold off a few days that be great .

Is there any where in the town where I can get flat SS strip or aluminium strip as I want to rearrange my panels

Looks like there's been a bit of activity over the past couple of days.

Biggest was a 4.1. Mostly centred just to the east of Argostoli.

Have to say these islands are at there best this time of year , just the odd boat about , tourists Mostly gone and the Greeks are a lot more friendly and have more time for strangers , although I can't Blane them after having to deal with thousands of Tourists for six months day in and day out , it a reminder for me of how Greece was when I first arrived so many years ago .

I think you will struggle in Sami for that, there is a small chandlers opposite the post office across from the supermarket, limited stock, though he is improving.

Thanks Davy , we managed to get some out on the Poros road from a. Guy who makes windows and doors for free .
