Our salt always goes 'cloggy' with the damp atmosphere on the boat - has anyone got any good ideas where I can get a 'shaker' that will keep salt dry and ready for shaking onto my fish and chips?

Thanks

IanC.

<font color=blue>I never told you this because I don't want a name as a Woofter. Put a couple of grains of rice in the salt shaker and that will keep it dry.

Sainsbury\'s?...

I've got a couple of little salt and pepper pots on the boat which I think came from Sainsbury's. They're about 4cm diameter and height, with a snap-on plastic lid which keeps the contents dry.

Use an old 35mm plastic film container. Keeps salt dry all season - and I would agree with the couple of grains of rice.
