Withdraw my last statement.

A Salcomber I know has just told me that the whole street where the shed is located is covered by a covenant that makes it 'commercial use only'.

so all he needs to do now is build a 12'10" wide 79'10" long houseboat in the boatshed - and move in..............when the tennancy agreement expires he launches.
