Good afternoon all .
I have just signed up to the forum as I was recommended to do so as I am looking for some help.
I have a Sailor RT 4822 fitted to my boat but it has an intermittent fault in the transmit mode. I have had it looked at by a couple of electronics companys' and both have said that I need a new hand set and cable as the fault is in the cable. A new one is about £300! I have a couple of RT2048s with handsets. Is there any way I can alter one of the 2048 cables to work on the 4822?
