well leave the boat there and just pop down on the train for weekends or mid week breaks....... loads of berthing in Cadiz itself or if of shallow draft you might get a cheap mooring deep in the bay near Purto Real, San Fernando or behind the island in and amongst Sancti Petri

From Galicia is a train red via Madrid,but still being contemplated is setting off to Galicia in the Spring
