I ordered a Laser sail through their website from Sailboats.co.uk at lunchtime on Monday. I got an e-mail later that afternoon to say it had been dispatched and another on Tuesday morning giving me a 1 hour delivery slot for it that afternoon. It duly arrived right at the beginning of the predicted slot.
Why, oh why, oh why can't other suppliers and carriers follow this example? I know who's likely to get my trade in future on the basis of excellent service as well as competitive pricing.
