Does anybody have a 'window' sewn into their deck sweeping genoa?
I'm tired of craning my neck over the guardrails to check if I'm about to ram (or be rammed) by anybody coming up in my blind spot (more like a 30 degree arc).
Apart from dinghies, I can't say I've seen any about. My next sail will probably be high cut, but this ones got several years of life left and I don't want to scrap it. It's a roller reefer by the way.

Just an idea, but as windows are stiff, horrible, stretchy plastic, why not find a sailmaker who will put a polyester laminate panel in. They are pretty transparent, deffo enough to see another vessel at close quarters, and it might actually work??!

Maybe something like a Bainbridge Diax-90p or a Diax-90LSP (Pentex)

Worth an ask maybe?
