From one who thinks sail trim is his most deficient area in sailing...
If you're after a concise well-illustrated book, the fernhurst one is pretty good:

The RYA book covers similar ground. I think not quite as concisely as the fernhurst book but if I already has this book I wouldn't buy the other one:

The chap in Seachest at QAB was telling me that this is the only book to bother with. Rather weightier than the other two. It's on my "to buy" list but so far only leafed through it in the shop
