Hello

Looking for a loft to do a minor stitch and general MOT on a large-ish (44 footer) cruising mainsail please. If it's not a fancy name in a fancy location with fancy rent, so much the better. I can deliver.

Any experience/views on the charges for this sort of thing? Hours and hourly rate? For better or worse, it's always been someone else's problem...

Thanks everyone

Hi, would highly recommend and endorse Kemp Sails....they have a loft at Gosport. I've had a suit of sails, canvas wear, repairs, sail laundering and much more. Give them a call, Google details, sure you'll be happy...

Another recommendation for Batt Sails at Bosham. Well made new furling main, on time, good to deal with and excellent price.

+1

Very friendly and helpful, and didn't charge me for as many hours as they spent doing the job when they felt doing so would have been a disproportionate cost.
