Sail & Canvas: Topsham

Has anyone used Chris Scanes at Sail & Canvas for new sails? I'd be interested in opinions of their work...

They made a cruising chute for me about five years ago. very pleased with the workmanship. can't comment on the trim / cut of their white sails though.

I have had a new main last season and new Genoa the previous year. My boat come out at Topsham by Chris Scanes loft and in my opinion he gives excellent service and quality. the fact that he was able to measure up rather than me supply dimensions has meant a perfect fit.
I know a number of people who have been pleased with his sails.

Recommend him, had a genoa from him last year and a new main this year.

He also does canvas work and repairs. Very good service at reasonable prices.

He did a junk sail for me a few years ago and made a really super job. Would go for him again!
