Standard Sraight "contract" Sail Battens and High Performance Tapered Battens [for Mainsail Leech, from 38 foot boat]
On board the boat in Preveza, Ionian Greece.
Planning to head North from Ionian via Italy to Adriatic & Croatia......
[Although not ideal, it might be possible to fly them back to the uk, although I guess that would cost circa £30-40 extra!]
These sail battens are left over from various mainsails in Dacron, Kevlar, and Carbon that we have disposed of or had modified.
Some are Brand new & unused, some used but all in good condition.
Can't bring myself to chuck 'em away, but I don't need them anymore!
Details:
Straight battens - all 5 Euros per batten, will haggle for multiples!
#1 = 1.99m, 30x4mm
#2 = 1.96m, 30x4mm
#3 = 1.74m, 38x4mm, x2 off
#4 = 1.71m, 30x3mm
#5 = 1.61m, 30x3mm
#6 = 1.15m, 40x4mm, x2 off
Tapered battens
Set #1 = 1.81m by Kayospruce [OS3's] x3 off 20 Euros each, 50 Euros the set, brand new never used, never even unwrapped.
Set #2 = 1.60m by Contender / Bluestreak [OR2's] x3 off 15 euros each 30 euros the set, used but excellent.
Set #3 = 1.61m by Dynaflex x2 off 15 euros each, 25 euros the pair.
Will try to work out how to attach pics - bear with me - I'm not good at that stuff!
