Sabre Tools ?? - Advice Please

Came across these in a workshop clearout. I could not find any information on these using Google.

Does anyone know what these are for? Are they of any use to anyone out there?

You have a twin engine set of AC5 alternator belt adjuster assemblies (part no 40053) which I believe Sabre (for Dover engines) developed as an alternative to the slotted strap (part no. 40050) . The center component in your picture being a spare adjuster rod Part no. 40054.
