Sabre 27 Sapphire

Does anyone know the owner of a Sabre 27 called Sapphire, which was in Brightlingsea on Sunday?

If so I have some pictures they might like.

There's an owners name on the SOA website and it says she's based in Essex but no details beyond that

And I REALLY must get around to joining the SOA - however I don't have a cheque book so I've emailed the membership secretary to ask if I can pay the joining fee by direct credit transfer

CYC Comm says it was sold by Gary Cowell from Brightlingsea but not sure who to! May find out later.............

It might be traceable on the radio registrations site. I can't find the link on my pad but it is fairly well known.

Or at least it might be, if there weren't a couple of hundred of Sapphires on Search for Ships Particulars!

Tell you what though, if they moored Sapphire close to Erbas it could be a tads tricky when we got back from the pub! You'd have to look at the name on the bows (in our case) or transom to tell 'em apart!
