Can anyone share this manual with me?

Or perhaps any other document suggesting the recommended galvanic potential for this unit?
Yanmar came out with a recommendation for theirs. I'm wondering about volvo now.

I have the W/S manual for the S120. There is no mention of "galvanic potential" in there AFAICS

Presumably you are measuring this using a reference electrode to assess the likely effectiveness of the cathodic protection ?

Would you not expect the same range of recommended potential for both Yanmar and VP
