S100 wireless remote

I have recently posted on this topic. Having read the manual properly (!) i thought it would be a piece of p**s to reregister new remote with current base station. Not so! Cannot get dealer menu up on remote, pressing buttons in required order just produces "No Pilot" or "setup unavailable". And yes, all boat instruments/autopilot were switched on at the time. Help!

Do you have a young child or grandchild? They will probably do it in minutes without the manual!

Had a similar problem last time. Raymarine said to send it in for repair. If I recall correctly I took out the batteries for a while and tried again and it worked.
