S/S Diesel Tank

Thanks for the responses re my leaky tank. I like the sound of the chemical patches and will report on their success (or failure) at a later date.

It will work fine. I had a leak in the base of a 165 gallon 304 stainless tank which was impossible to access from outside. I emptied it, cleaned it thoroughly and dried it then applied some of E Eoods glue to the welded seams.

That was two years ago.

Don't use epoxy or anything from the automotive trade. Most will dissolve in diesel.
