RYA Website - Crap

Have just tried to find sailing schools in Swansea, via the RYA website.

What a crap site!

Almost impossible to navigate even with some knowledge of sailing.
How the hell is a beginner suppost to find anything??

It was not difficult! Select Courses from the top menu bar. Select training on the menu, and type Swansea in the town box. Total time taken about 25 seconds
 
Look there he goes again!

This guy, /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif as soon as he sees anything IT based, he's on it, with his rude 'I know everything' attitude.

Brendan, Do you get some sort of satisfaction from acting in this manner?

You know sod all about boats or boating, and your on this site telling people only about computing.

Go and sort out your attitude to others with your pontificating at other peoples IT abilities,

Err, the question was about computers, not boating. So why does it matter that Brendan gives advice on computers, if that is what people ask for. He has been around here a long time giving good help and advice.

If you don't like it stick him on ignore, other wise drop the high and mighty stance.
 
I have never read one post that actually shows his knowledge, everything he has ever said on boating is/ can be found on any web site, Magazine.

He speaks with a very weak knowledge of personal experience..........................................

Anyway, moving back to Izzy's original post. I did find the RYA site a little difficult to navigate. When I was researching their output on the increase of tax on red fuel, it took me ages to "refind" pages that I wanted to go back to.

But there again, I am no expert on 'puters nor boats which is why I come here. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
 
So on one thread you are asking BrendanS for help on computer related issues as you were out of your depth yet feel fit to criticise his comments on this thread? I still have seen no threads where B shows that he knows nothin about boats.

There you go, I come to this Country to learn your language, and you pick up on my bad spelling, very well done!

To the other one who asks why I berate Brendan after asking for help? Things do happen away from this forum you know and I have my reasons, He knows why.

I understand now why YBW and its members get spoken about so negatively on other sites now.
