That's a routine problem with all charities of that size. You want people with skill and experience, who are capable of running such an organization. Unfortunately, they're of a distinctly different breed to us riff raff. If you don't like the organization because they're too big or too out of touch the only way around it is to make your own organization. Sadly those ones don't last too long usually.
