I know that it is possible, and BigBadBrendan will probably tell you how.
However, 'caveat emptor'......
If you are going to 'bet yo' ass' or someone else's on what you do with this, may I humbly and respectfully recommend that you beg, borrow or steal a real and reliable copy from somewhere?

fn+alt+prt sc works on the training version.

Yes you can print charts from it (I do...)
However the printed charts are only what you can see on the screen at the time. So aren't much better than the alt+prt sc.
I tend to print a small scale one showing the whole passage. This is handy for briefing the crew. On board I have the paper charts to hand.
