Rutland Hrsi help

Hi just wondering if anyone can help I have a Rutland 913 12v and 120w solar panels the prob is with the Hrsi the charging led has gone out and the battery led light is flashing green is this normal

Just sorted it out with the Rutland are only have one battery bank but I put in line a until for two battery's so the unit switch from 1 to 2 battery's as when fully charge so when the battery's were charge the until would stop the battery's from over changeling that why the led went out happy days
