Oxalic acid. Use a near saturated solution. Mix with some wallpaper paste perhaps.
It is the active ingredient of Y10.
It is toxic so store safely and wear gloves to use.
Much cheaper than Y10 but Y10 does come ready to use in a convenient and properly labelled container which will last a good few years.
