I. About measurement SMW on asymmetrical spinakerah.
Since April, 2003 to measure SMW on asymmetrical spinakerah by rules IOR, UPO and KSH as distance on a surface of a sail between the middle forward and back shkatorin.
II. About restrictions on application of an armour and adjusting bulinej on spinakerah.
An armour are forbidden on all spinakerah.
Adjusting bulini it is possible to apply only on asymmetrical spinakerah.
About application zakrutok on stakseljah.
In one of rules of measurement working at us application zakrutok on stakseljah is not forbidden.
IV. About definition symmetric and asymmetrical spinakerov.
Because of technological errors or non-uniform deterioration of a material lateral shkatoriny symmetric spinakera can differ on length. The maximum deviation can make no more than 5 % of average length shkatorin (SL.)
For asymmetrical spinakerov the difference in lengths forward and back shkatorin should make not less than 5 % of average settlement length SL: SLU-SLE> =0.05 * (0.6*SLU+0.4*SLE.)
V. About posting intermediate leera on a yacht in length less than 8,5 m (by V.V.Alekseeva's inquiry). Item 3.11 (h) (ii) Spetspravil ORC 1998-1999 g.g. Does not forbid installation intermediate leera under condition of that the open space on a vertical did not exceed 380 mm. However, rassmatrivaemaaja the scheme of posting intermediate leera (from leernoj under a sharp corner to a deck) leera creates racks the additional source of danger to be jammed between a deck and leerom with consequences following from it. It contradicts spirit and primary goal Spetspravil - a safety.
