Posted this in reviews but never really stopped here before until today.

Wanted a nice sit down meal outside in shade with service to match and this was just the ticket.

3 adults and a sleeping baby. 3 courses each only one pint (for me) and just over 100 squids with service.

Not an everyday stop but a treat on a day like this...10/10 part from one staff member who needs geography lesson. Mooring free as well.

You sometimes need to book the mooring but I agree it is a good place. The Sunday lunch is one of the best in the area.

In fairness I called ahead. They said they had a fifty foot coming I said don't worry I will tie along the Hot Tug no one will be using that today ..... Also went past yours. Hard to believe what happened just a few months ago. I gave a little wave to the empty house ....

We've got the "Dry" certificates and work starts soon. You'll have noticed that we have had all of the outside works done, though is plenty to do next door! I am looking forward to being able to pop up to the Runneymede by boat again. And The Swan. That said, I have secured a mooring lower down in the reach, near our rental house, for the open boat :)
