Currently leading the fleet, apart from the guy who is already tied-up in Norfolk, that is.
 
IMHO it is accurate. Leading is active wheras tied up is inactive so he cannot be leading the fleet if he is inactive, as he now merely has a passive role as a waypoint.
 
Yes - I find myself in agreement. The winner has been established but the leading boat of those still racing is the Kendo Nagasaki or whatever he is called
