Great video, so the burning question is.... did 222 have to sail above close hauled or not? His sail certainly backs for a moment but that could be back wind from 988 and it looks as if they are both sailing low angles due to the light winds. It's a bit hard to tell from that angle but if 222 didn't then they were way to high in the first place and deserve what they got....!

18.3 gets a re-write for the 2017-2020 rules. Will only apply at port hand marks.
