Be aware that there are at least two different width sizes of the long bush; Small size are 0.85” diameter or about 21.6mm and standard are 0.875” / 5/8” / 22.22mm diameter, all other dimensions are the same – they can be difficult to measure as often they are difficult to remove without damaging them

There are two standard sizes that were used by Westerly, but they were not consistent - Mk1 Griffons are most often the smaller size, some Mk1 Konsort were as well, I have had a few, but not many Mk2 Konsorts with the smaller bushes but some Mk1 & most Mk2 Konsorts are the standard size. I have had a Mk2 Konsort that has same design but much larger bushes but that has been a one off - so far at least

Delrin is a lot easier to machine uhmw can be tricky to get a tight tolerance with.
UHMW is interesting to work with as it moves much more than other plastics and melts if you aren't careful, I don't like working with it as I think there are several much better modern alternatives - we make most of our sub-60mm bushes in PET these days as its probably the best sensibly priced material for bushes and I don't think we have sold any rudder bushes in UHMWPE for a good few years but we use it in other products

Vesconite is lovely stuff but the price can be scary - approx 5 - 6 times the price of other plastics but makes good "fit & forget" long life bushes

We use loads of Delrin and less often Acetal - both great to machine as the settings are just turn everything up to maximum and try to get to the point when it comes off in chips rather than long strings
