Royal Ensign?

I drove through Harwich today and the Trinity House boat Patricia was in port. I haven't seen her for a couple of years and I thought she had been sold off along with Mermaid. However I saw she had what looked like a Royal Ensign flying so I turned round to get a pic but as I arrived the ensign was removed. I know Phil the Greek sometimes hitches a ride on Trinity House boats so maybe he is aboard?

Quite possible I should think. Some folks around here have done the cruise on her more than once, using the same accommodation. Very comfortable I imagine but definitely not cheap.
