They seem to have got the hotel noise at OV under control, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as a permanent berth due to the threat of further development on shore and its poor facilities. Good for a visit or short break in a city sort of way.

Agreed. The particular issue is that on one side of the marina the facilities are in the base of a block of flats outside the security gate and the marina. Not somewhere I would want SWMBO to wander at night for a visit.

..and they are very cheaply constructed, not well maintained and the showers are tiny.

If you're unlucky enough to be moored in the new Platinum/Premium berths the walk is a longer one through the public car park and past the hotel bin store.
