Round The Island Race

Hi - I'm new to this forum, so am looking for some friendly replies! I'm looking for a boat to crew on the the Round The Island Race in June. I've never sailed in it before, but would like to give it a go. Most of my racing experience has come from RS800's and Larks, but I have recently moved onto larger boats and hold my Day Skipper qualification. hope to hear from someone with a crewing role for me. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif

Hi Jo,

We are based on the Hamble and have a Beneteau First 32 and regularly race in The Solent and offshore in RORC races, and also plan to do some JOG racing, time permitting.

Are you still looking for a place on the RTIR? I am entering in the Classic Racing Yacht class, have 2 crew but could do with 1 or 2 more. Leaving Poole on Friday and returning on Sunday. PM me if interested.
