Yes it’s more a 60/40,further sketching suggests a ketc rig with just a big genny on roller and a mizzenmast,doing away with the main altogether

Try a you tube (Sailing Melody) of an all -steel yacht being brought back to proper life by a couple who now have another sailing Yacht to live on and she is for as a near finished concern or in water project. looks a good job being done.

Make it quicker to build and miss out the mast and sails. On the first sketch they looked more like steadying sails. Is there a sofa in the design. I couldn't quite make out .....
