Rough cost to move a boat from the Thames to Norfolk Broads?

Would guess that you have to pick your weather very very carefully indeed and a 40 HP outboard coupled with the standard 5 gallon tank. means limited endurance ......or multiple refuels offshore at sea.
The first proper petrol fuel stop after Teddington is Gillingham some 70 miles by sea unless you find a shoreside petrol station at Gravesend or Queenborough
After that its Burham on Crouch and then zilch up to Lowestoft on pretty exposed coastline with no refuges ?

Wouldn't fancy it myself in the Viking.

Must admit that when commenting on this sort of thing you can tend to assume that everyone in the known universe has a boat that has the capabilities of yours and has the the same boating experience as you.
The upper Thames and off Felixstowe in a wind over tide are different kettles of fish.
Personal experience would tell me not to undertake that journey in that boat with a light heart.
No idea of cruising speed but suspect 6 knots or so, any faster and that fuel tank is going to empty PDQ, considerably less if you accept that not all the fuel is available to you.
Braver souls may wish to differ. :) and have great fun doing the trip.
It is not going to cost a fortune to stick it on a lorry.
Can you not get to Broads via the canals or at least a good bit closer

The Broads are not connected to any other navigable inland waterways!
