Stayed in the new Roscoff Marina yesterday. Very wide pontoons and good fingers. At present there is no electricity or water and the showers/toilets are in a port-a-cabin across the 'building site'! There is no Wifi available yet. As the marina is not finished they are charging half rates (14€ for 11m boat).
Although it is some way off springs there was a LOT of current running through the berths during the flood - much less noticed during the ebb.
Entry is via the ferry port and you must adhere to the light signals on the outer wall when shown.
The town is about 15min walk away and worth a visit.
