Well worth a look. I've just replaced my main sheet with 20m of new Marlow Racing Dyneema for £50. Our local chandlers charge over £7/m for that. If you keep an eye out, there are some really good deals on mooring lines as well. Just thought I'd pass on the knowledge as this is the cheapest way I've seen so far of buying bits of string.

Concur - I recently got a very good deal on some Anchorplait.

£1.20 a metre for 14mm octoplait.

I surfed the entire /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif web and could not find cheaper. I didn't even bother looking at chandlers !

It arrived two days after ordering, before my cheque had cleared ! and appears to be great quality.

Recommend when looking for anything for the boat to check reputable Ebay dealers first.

Can only agree there are several suppliers doing alleged 'rope ends' at very favourable prices.
Also named makes of lines, and they are not slow to answer your questions. A request to ask if they had any 18mm mooring quality lines brought an auction on in under 3 days....which I took advantage of!
I kitted out Full Circle with all the extra mooring lines, cruising chute sheets, tack lines, furling lines, removeable forestay tensioner etc.
Saved a fortune.
Also remember there is good competition on the stands at the Boat Jumbles, but that season is closed pretty much at the moment!
