Very impressive but there's a much easier way - you just take 'em out of the freezer and bake 'em for 19 minutes at 190 degrees and hey presto ;)
 
Between 1 & 2 euro' s each it is good business. But the coissants looked too good for real. Early in spring I will go for a few eeks to Blankenberge, to sharpen my tastes for good food.
