Roger's Time Travelling Trip to Holland

With so many variables and the dodgy weather it was inevitable that it would all go pear shaped and it has.
In spite of Vince's best efforts to provide me with a lovely sail up to Roger land, he has had to pull out due to not being able to do the first leg of his passage due to high winds in Holland right now.
Pete is still planning to sail to Ostend, so I could have gone over with him and got a train from Ostend to Rotterdam, but as he is planning to leave for Shotley on Sunday, that would have put me a day out as Roger can't meet me until Monday.
So I have taken very hard decision to pull out of Ostend and have booked an overnight crossing with Stena to the Hook of Holland to arrive in Rotterdam on Monday morning.
Shame, because I was looking forward to the 3-boat adventure.
