Well my old boat finally sold and went on it's merry way this week. Mixed emotions but looking forward to the next stage in our boating career.

I have put a deposit down on a 2010 Rodman 870 with twin volvo 170hp D3's
The Rodman may not be to everyones taste but for me it ticks most of the boxes, lots of fishing small amounts of cruising and loads of picnics.



I am really looking forward to sea trials and engineers report next week, fingers crossed for a good outcome.

Finally brought the new to us boat back to her home berth Poole . The delivery trip home was a bit sloppy going straight into a 5/6 westerly wind against tide which made it interesting with green water everywhere but without incident. We even saw the Dolphins near Poole which added a little extra to the trip home.



The boat performed faultlessly but we have already started to make a todo list

Finally brought the new to us boat back to her home berth Poole .
